I went there since they had one of the best deals for the car I was looking. Very nice dealership. Small, but nice. They are not pushy at all, which I do appreciate a lot, and they won’t bullsh*t you around. Came in, showed me the car. I took it for the test run. Came back and told them I have to... think about it and that I’ll let them know. They were not overwhelming at all, and pushy, so they just let me go without any unnecessary questions. I came back tomorrow and took it for a pre purchase inspection to the independent shop, and they were totally fine with it. Shop said that the car is in immaculate condition. So I just went back and bought it. One of the nicest and easiest experiences I had buying a car. I hate when I go to the dealership and get a template pushy car salesman being all over me. The cars are good and the staff is really friendly. Doesn't feel like the other dealerships that pressure you into buying cars. 10/10 Would recommend!

The people who work there and owner are really nice and patient. They give you full disclosure and price to sell. Lori was especially nice and answered all the questions we had.

Came in looking for a used Infiniti. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and test driving two cars in less than 15 mins. I fell in love wirh one car and completed the simple credit app there online. I don’t have perfect credit but the financing guy was able to approve the deal. At first it wasn�...�t looking too good for me BUT he “crunched” the numbers again and within mins, congratulated me on my 2014 infiniti purchase. He went out of his way to get me approved. This is the first time I’ve actually felt like the dealership was on my side in purchasing a car. I definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a great quality car. You’ll get the A+ service as well as an A+ car!!!! Show more

This place is a gem in Wylie. Friendly staff that’s not a ‘salesy’ environment. They have great cars and it’s been a great experience pre& post sale. Lori and Josh really went out of their way for me. I will go back in the future and will recommend.

I recently traded in a vehicle at Destination Motorcars. Honestly it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I called and told them I was interested in a specific vehicle on the lot and I was driving from Tulsa to come trade my vehicle in for it. When I arrived they had the vehicle pa...rked outside and all cleaned up. I took it for a quick test drive while they inspected my vehicle. As soon as I was done we moved forward with the paperwork and I was truly out the door in 15 minutes. I loved the no-hassle buying experience and would highly recommend considering Destination Motorcars for your next vehicle purchase. Show more

We purchased a Dodge Durango yesterday 10/25/17 and had the best experience ever. I have purchased several cars from several dealerships and as anyone knows you have to mentally prepare yourself before arriving to a dealership. I had the same mentality going into this purchase. Everybody was amaz...ing and accommodating with anything we may need. 2 hours from walking in to driving off the lot is all it took. I will continue to do business with Destination Motorcars based off of this 1st experience. Thank you again to everyone at Destination Motorcars, we look forward to doing business with you all again soon. ****Update**** Words can not describe how amazing the staff at Destination Motorcars is. We had something come up after purchasing a vehicle through them and my wife and twin toddlers were with the vehicle. The 1st thing said to me when I called asking about it was "where are they? We will send someone out to them right now." They were at home and did not need immediate assistance but I have never and I mean never have had customer service more concerned with the wellbeing of my family before addressing my question. As a customer/buyer you are not seen as $$$$ you are seen as family. Thank you again for everything and I tell everyone about this place just for the customer service alone. Show more

I have bought cars from many dealerships over the years, however I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience. They are professional and thorough. However what impressed us the most was that once we bought the car we noticed a couple of things with the car and called them about it. These guys are here to help you have a great car buying experience. I was in the market for something very specific. D.M. had it although it was in TX and I was in NC. At first I was hesitant to buy sight unseen, but Dan was so kind to take me on a virtual walk around and drive, even loaded it to Yo...uTube So I could watch it over and over. Then we set up a third party inspection that I paid for. Worth it. Do it if you are out of state. All was good and started the paperwork. Rance and Josh were very helpful with that and the shipping. After what felt like forever, only a week lol, I got my vehicle. Without going into too much detail, some things didnt go as planned. The car needed some urgent attention and the gentlemen here did not leave me hanging. Rest assure if you buy from D.M. They will take care of you. Out of state. No problem. Just be kind and you will receive the best service you could ask for. A+ 5 stars 100% recommend. Show more
