Hassle free, transparent buying experience and great on-going customer service! We traveled from Denver on a visit to our daughter, who in turn had car issues. We found a replacement on-line, got in and out with ease and the vehicle was in great condition and fairly priced as advertised. More over ...our daughter later misplaced some documents, so we called the dealership to ask for a copy... You might expect some irritation on the other end but in this case it was as pleasant as could be and rapidly assisted. Highly unusual in our experience dealing with car dealers, accommodating until they have your money, but these guys are different, truly awesome. Show more

I went to the dealership and drove the vehicle. He was very courteous but the price seems to be on the higher side and the steering was vibrating.

We are like everyone else looking for a car. Didn't really know what to expect. This was for us a great experience. We had looked at two other places and were disappointed. The cars that this dealership had were very clean and kept in a big warehouse. We felt like they cared about us and took p...ride in their cars and trucks. Definitely be back! Show more

Rance, made our car biuying experience sSupreme. No pressure, no hassle and no sales gimmicks. Of all the cars we've purchased, and there'v emany ;=, this was by far the best and easiest transaction we have Ever made. We found the vehicle we wanted on Destination Motorcars website, we paid a... visit, had a test drive and got the vehicle of our dreams at a Fantastic price and low mileage ! Way to go Rance!! They named their dealership more than appropriately. By no means was I not a little concerned when I found out the truck that I really loved was at some tiny little dealership in the middle of nowhere Texas. However, please don't let the appearance fool you. These four guys with all these years work...ing for the big dealers decided to do things their way and embarked on their own way of bringing the car buying process to a very easy and quick process. Now they are not ones to hagle prices, but the prices I found are more than fair. I bought a F-150 from them that I absolutely thoght could have been priced 2 to 3 thousand more than it was. Believe me I shopped around for 3 weeks after losing my car to the tornado in Rowlett. Back to the shopping experience. I pulled up and looked at the car before they opened and once Prince opened the door he immediately got the keys and said take it for a ride. And so I did. The truck was everything it promised to be. He told me to takey time and when I felt it was right then we talked about buying. After sealing the deal it was off to the financing manager. You know that process that can normally take a couple hours before you can sit down with them. He literally was in the next office. Kind of like an assembly line. Had to be out in less than 45 minutes. When I buy another used car/truck/suv I will be looking at their stock first (which were all really nice vehicles). Show more

The guys at Destination Motorcars are great. We searched online and found that they had several vehicles that fit the criteria of what we were looking for. Gave them a call and set up a time to go take a look and were greeted promptly and given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle we were inter...ested in right away. After driving the car we sat down with Rance and he was able to put together financing for us the same day and set up to take delivery of the car after the weekend. They do not pressure you in any way and never tried to pull the bait and switch move that so many dealers use. We even had a slight issue with a molding that came loose on the car after purchase and even though we bought the vehicle "as-is" they still took care of it for us. I just want to share with you all we had a great buying Experience , I didn't feel pressured like other car dealers do. You all made buying a car with in my budget a Pleasant feeling with no regrets. I would definitely buy another car from you all. PS: this Chrysler 300 s has POWER...LOL.

If I could leave 10 stars for my experience with this dealership, I would. Everyone went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer my questions. The level of customer service is amazing! They had the exact vehicle that I had been looking for, at a great price and gave more than a fair amount for ...my trade. I cannot recommend them enough! Show more
